WEB POLL: Have your say on the Government’s bid to offer councils cash incentives to scrap fortnightly system.
The Government is likely to offer local authorities across England cash incentives to drop fortnightly refuse collections.
Council tax payers in East Devon have previously indicated a strong dislike of the bi-weekly collection service.
Weekly collections could now resume - if Conservative-led East Devon District Council takes the Government’s lead.
