A ROOF on a long-standing eyesore in Axminster has been deemed so dangerous that it could "potentially decapitate" somebody.Councillor Jeremy Walden gave the stark warning about the former Webster's Garage building during the town council's monthly meeting on Monday (April 14) and called for action to be taken.He said: "The glass panes could potentially decapitate somebody. "Our objective should be to take action." It was recommended that the issue be taken up with East Devon District Council.Mayor Graham Godbeer said: "There is no doubt that we must follow up things we say we will do and report back to the council.
