Plenty of fun for all ages during the week of fund-raising in Seaton.

A week of fund-raising has kicked off in Seaton to support Devon Air Ambulance Week.

A packed programme of events has been scheduled, with plenty for all ages to enjoy, and runs until Sunday, August 5.

PJ’s Social Club will be hosting a skittles competition tonight (Wednesday) at 7.30pm followed by a bingo event at the same time on Thursday.

There will be a darts competition at the Vault Bar and pub quiz at the Eyre Court Hotel at 7.30pm also on Thursday.

The pirates will come out to play in the resort on Friday.

There will be a children’s fancy dress pirate parade at Windsor Gardens at 3pm and a pirate night at pubs in the resort for adults with prizes for the best pirate and pirate wench.

There will be plenty on offer as the fun continues into Saturday from 10am with an all day market, a dog show at 10.30am and free face painting from 2pm.

Entertainment on the Esplanade stage includes MC Paul Markes, Confidance, Seaton Brownies’ sing song, the Junior Town Crier competition and much more.

Families can also compete in the Pooh Sticks river race at the Harbour Old Bridge.

Car enthusiasts are in for a treat on Sunday with a classic vehicle show on the Esplanade from 10am, which has been organised by the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club.

There will also be a bikers’ day out from 10am until 4pm as well as musical entertainment.
