Whilst out jogging last week, I was amazed to see how much litter is strewn along the grass banks parallel with the A30. It seems to be a nationwide problem as I now have noticed litter on all grass banks everywhere I look. Are the public not ashamed of

Whilst out jogging last week, I was amazed to see how much litter is strewn along the grass banks parallel with the A30. It seems to be a nationwide problem as I now have noticed litter on all grass banks everywhere I look. Are the public not ashamed of throwing rubbish out of moving cars? Surely, they can take it home? We could put to use Community Service - allow lawbreakers to pick up litter. That would improve the country for all - especially with the coming Olympic games.
