A DOG owner who was 'caught doing right' by picking up after her dog in Honiton is the winner of a �50 voucher donated by Pets at Home. East Devon District Council's Environmental Health service is running a scheme to tackle the ongoing problem of dog mess on the streets and in public places. Every time a council officer sees someone picking up after their dog, they are handed a special Caught Doing Right! Card, which entitles them to enter a prize draw.Tracy Bright is the winner of the first EDDC award, which was presented by Nick Duckett, manager of Pets at Home in Exmouth. She was seen to be picking up after Zacky, her 18 month-old Jack Russell terrier. Tracy carries plastic bags stored in a special doggy bone shaped container to make sure she has one on hand whenever it is needed.
