Laziness likened to anti-social behaviour by angry resident.
HONITON resident Liz Tirard has blasted a pet owner as ‘lazy’ for failing to clean up after his or her pet.
Ms Tirard says “sloshy” turds are being left in High Street and in the vicinity of New Street.
She has likened the incidents to anti-social behaviour and says it is thoroughly unpleasant for pedestrians.
