OPTICIAN Frederick McShaw, of Honiton, who has a practice in Sidmouth, was the guest speaker at the August meeting of Upottery After Eight Men s Fellowship.

OPTICIAN Frederick McShaw, of Honiton, who has a practice in Sidmouth, was the guest speaker at the August meeting of Upottery After Eight Men's Fellowship.

Mr McShaw, who was crowned Optometrist of the UK 2008, spoke about the dangers of ignoring the early signs of eye disorders.

The Fellowship meets at The Sidmouth Arms, Upottery, on the third Friday of every month at 8pm.
