Man sustained serious injuries, say detectives. Appeal for witnesses to come forward.
Detectives are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a doorman was seriously injured in Honiton in the early hours of New Year’s Day.
The victim, who was working at The Orange Tree pub, was seriously assaulted at around 12.40am.
Anybody with information about the attack, or anyone who may have seen a fight take place at the pub, is urged to call Honiton CID on 101, quoting crime reference number KH/12/5.
