SIX people were arrested on suspicion of possession of illegal drugs at a rave in the Grove Night Club.

Five were arrested for alleged possession of Ketamine, one of which was also reported to have had a flick knife in their possession.
Police said a sixth person was arrested for suspected possession of a controlled substance with intent to supply. The alleged offenders are currently on police bail.
Police carried out stop checks of vehicles and people at the event on Friday, December 4, under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
Pc Roy Hutter said the operation was a success. He said: "The rave culture attracts a large following and a proportion of these followers use illegal substances to enhance their enjoyment."

Officers from Seaton, Honiton and Axminster neighbourhood teams worked alongside members of the special constabulary, PCSOs, the PACT (Police and Communities Together) team from Exmouth, the Road policing department and Environmental Health officers.
