Sophie Elaine Webber, of Cowhayne Lane, was ordered to pay 85 court costs by Exeter magistrates, and was told the drugs would be destroyed.
Webber pleaded guilty to possessing 0.07 grams of class A drug diamorphine - with a street value of 3 to 5.
She also pleaded guilty to carrying one tablet of class C drug Subutex - a heroin substitute used to treat addicts.
Magistrates slapped Webber with a 12-month conditional discharge for possessing the class A drug.
The bench said there would be no separate penalty for being found with the class-C drug.
