COMMUNITY Housing Aid has teamed up with East Devon District Council to stage a network event for landlords and letting agents in the private sector.
Industry experts will deliver bite-sized talks during the event, being staged at Knowle, Sidmouth, on September 15.
It aims to encourage those who are serious about making money from being a landlord to find out more about how to save time and money, connect with other landlords and get expert advice.
Dennis Boobier, the housing needs manager at East Devon District Council, will be among the guest speakers. He is keen to see the council and private landlords working closer together.
A light buffet and drinks will be provided at the 6.30pm event.
