AN EAST Devon youth has appeared in court accused of raping a girl in the area.
AN EAST Devon youth has appeared in court accused of raping a girl in the area.
The 16-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, faces a total of three charges of sexual assault on August 8 of last year.
His case has been sent to crown court and he was released on conditional bail.
The teenager was ordered not to contact the alleged victims or other youngsters in connection to the incident, to obey a curfew, and to reside at his home address.
