AN EAST Devon teenager charged with three sexual offences, including rape, will be tried at Exeter Crown Court.
The 16-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is alleged to have carried out the offences against another teenager in August of last year.
The youth appeared at Central Devon Magistrates' Court today (Wednesday, April 7). His case has been committed to crown court on Tuesday, April 20, for a preliminary hearing. He was released on conditional bail.
