COLYTON residents really do Love Thy Neighbour, judging by Elaine Hourihan and Sarah Taylor. The pair from South Street moved from London to the village within a year of each other, and had their baby boys, William and Finn, within hours of each other.Despite living next door to each other, the friends first met four years ago at a toddler group. While their boys play together, the women reap the benefits of neighbourly love by exchanging their garden produce and home-made goods. The women are encouraging other villagers to profit from their garden goods at the Coltyon Market next Tuesday (July 8) - where people can buy and sell from each other.Elaine said: "People in town have talents for growing certain things and can compliment each other."Sarah added: "With the increased cost of travelling and the expense of fresh goods, then if someone has something extra, it could be nice to share- and make some money from it. "It would Coltyon's own produce."For information about Colyton Produce Stall, call (01297) 553992.
