Ex-airline pilot to give talk in Whitford

Retired airline pilot Ian White was the speaker at the September meeting of Musbury and Whitford WI.

He told how his career followed the gift of a flying lesson on his 17th birthday. He was thanked by Patsy Kingdon. Members heard that subscriptions will rise to £39 and arrangements were made for the harvest supper in Whitford Village hall on October 11.
