Extra police patrols to combat break-ins

A SPATE of shed break-ins at allotments have been reported in Lyme Regis.

A SPATE of shed break-ins at allotments have been reported in Lyme Regis.Several sheds had locks broken off between Saturday afternoon, September 27, and Monday morning, September 29. But, so far, no items have been reported stolen.Extra foot patrols are being deployed in the area.PC Dennis Bye said he would like to hear from anyone with information and urged allotment users to check their own sheds and report any damage or thefts to police on (01305) 222222.
