Police have named the victim of a fatal car collision in Feniton.
Naomi Rose White, aged 22, of Sidford, died following the two vehicle collision last Thursday on an unclassified road on the approaches to the village at around 9.39pm.
Police say the two vehicles involved, believed to be a Renault Megane and Fiat Punto, were travelling in opposite directions.
A male driver of the Renault Megane was also conveyed to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital for treatment.
Naomi’s family have paid tribute to a loving daughter, granddaughter, sister and friend, who will be forever in their hearts, and provided the following statement: “Whilst we all stood together to say our goodbyes she slipped away peacefully to meet people waiting for her on the other side. They obviously needed an angel to stand by their side.
“We are all in pieces as you can understand. We all love her dearly and just don’t understand.
“Our loss is unbearable and we don’t know what to say. We have lost a daughter, granddaughter, sister and best friend. Rest in peace my angel. Always and forever in our hearts. God bless you Naomi.”
