A FENITON man has pleaded not guilty to assaulting his next door neighbour. Peter James Sheldon, 52, is accused of inflicting grievous bodily harm on Roy Mutlow on September 6.
A FENITON man has pleaded not guilty to assaulting his next door neighbour.
Peter James Sheldon, 52, is accused of inflicting grievous bodily harm on Roy Mutlow on September 6.
Sheldon, of Bath Close, appeared before Central Devon Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, December 22.
He has been committed to Crown Court on February 15. His was granted unconditional bail.
