A RECYCLING bank caught fire in Axminster today (Wednesday, February 17).

A RECYCLING bank caught fire in Axminster today (Wednesday, February 17).

Firefighters were called out to South Street at 12.55am and one metal clothes recycling bin was alight.

The crew put out the fire using a hose reel, but the contents were severely damaged. The cause is reported to still be under investigation.
