Fire crews attend collision near Honiton

The incident happened on Saturday (February 13), shortly before 9.40pm on the A30A Monkton to the Cloverleaf junctions.

Firefighters were called after a collision near Honiton last week.

The incident happened on Saturday (February 13), shortly before 9.40pm on the A30A Monkton to the Cloverleaf junctions.

A spokesman for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service said: “The fire service were called to reports of a road traffic collision involving one vehicle on its roof.

“Fire Control mobilised two appliances from Honiton to attend this incident.”

Upon arrival, crews confirmed the vehicle was on its roof.

All persons were clear and free of the vehicle when firefighters arrived at the scene.

They then got to work to make the vehicle safe.
