FIREFIGHTERS have been tackling a blaze on the forecourt of a petrol station in Axminster.

Crews from Axminster and Colyton were called to Tesco at shortly after 3pm today (Friday).
A spokesperson for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service said: "A car had a small fire in the engine compartment and fire crews used small tolls and one hose reel jet to put the fire out.
