Emergency services race to scene after reports that people were trapped
FIREFIGHTERS were called to a traffic accident at Seaton Junction early today (Wednesday) after reports that people were trapped.
Police and an ambulance also attended the incident, at around 6am.
They found a private delivery vehicle on the side of the highway, with all occupants free and clear.
Fire crews made the vehicle safe.
