NINE employers attended the first ever business breakfast at Honiton Community College.
The employers all actively work with the school, offering work experience placements, work shadowing and business advice, among other valuable voluntary services.
College principal Glenn Smith hosted the event, with Keith Henman, the college's head of vocational education, work experience co-ordinator Sue Miller and assistant principal Carol Bennett.
Students aiming for A-levels in business studies outlined their work.
