Flood-hit A30 lane re-opens

The left hand lane of the dual carriageway was impassable earlier today (Monday) after heavy rain caused the road to flood.

All lanes on the A30 westbound between Honiton and Fenny Bridges have re-opened.

The left hand lane of the dual carriageway was impassable earlier today (Monday) after heavy rain caused the road to flood.

The water meant motorists had to merge into the right hand lane to pass, causing long queues tailing back to Heathpark Industrial Estate.

Traffic is reported to have eased.
