John Bartholomew will take a whimsical look at his years in the education business.
The Heritage Coast U3A welcomes back its former chairman, John Bartholomew to its meeting on Friday (April 13). He will take a whimsical look at his years in the education business.
John spent 35 years full-time in secondary education, one third as head of a large comprehensive, and a further seven years, part-time, working as adviser, consultant and reluctant inspector. His talk will mix anecdote with observation, offering something that will stimulate lots of thought and some merriment – as those who know John will fully expect.
The talk is at 11 am in Woodmead Halls, Lyme Regis, with coffee or tea available from 10am. Entrance is free to U3A members, non-members are encouraged to make a £2 donation towards the talk.
