A former farm near Honiton is set to go under the hammer – and could be yours for as little as £250,000.
Three-bedroom Little Ullcombe Cottage at Upottery, is heading to auction with 1.74 hectares (4.29 acres) of land.
The farm, which has a guide price of £250,000 - £300,000, is among the lots listed for sale by the regional land and property auctioneers Clive Emson in December.
The thatched Ullcombe Cottage is linked with another self-contained annexed three bedroom cottage.
There are also a range of outbuildings, including barn, shippen, garage and storage sheds, as well as pasture land and gardens.
Audrey Smith, senior auction valuer, said: “This is a rare opportunity to acquire a multiple development property.
“In need of comprehensive refurbishment/renovation, the property offers graphic potential for a number of uses subject to the necessary consents.”
Starting at 11am, the auction takes place at the St Mellion International Resort, Cornwall, on Friday, December 15.
