Former Honiton Library assistant starts new supervisor role

A former assistant at Honiton Library has started a new job as supervisor at Ottery Library.
Xanthe Waite trained as a primary school teacher and specialised in Key Stage 2 education for more than a decade before embarking on a career change.
Her library career started in 2016 as a library assistant at Honiton Library. Following a successful year in the post, Xanthe, secured the supervisor position at the neighbouring library in Ottery in December 2017.
Xanthe said: “I am delighted to be the new supervisor at Ottery.
“Everyone has given me a very warm welcome.
