Former Scouts and Guides invited to Thinking Day service

FORMER Scouts and Guides are being invited to join a Thinking Day service at St Paul's Church, in Honiton.

FORMER Scouts and Guides are being invited to join a Thinking Day service at St Paul's Church, in Honiton.The event, taking place as part of the Eucharist service at 9.30am on Sunday, February 22, is being attended by serving Guides and Brownies. Thinking day is the joint birthday of the movement's founder and world chief guide, Lord and Lady Baden Powell. On World Thinking Day, Girl Guides and Scouts all over the world do something special to celebrate.Tea and coffee will be served in the Mackarness Hall after the service and a display will be available for people to view.
