A FORMER Seaton man has appeared in court on charges of common assault and criminal damage.
Ricky Lee Young, who lives at Willowbrook Avenue, Exeter, denied the attack against Craig Trice on April 5. But he has not yet entered a plea for the allegation he damaged a fire door belonging to the YMCA, in Exeter, valued at �260 on the same day.
The case has been adjourned and Young was released on unconditional bail.
