That's why a new budgeting service is being launched by a local church.HBC Money Wise is available for anyone to use - at no charge. A national charity is forming teams to help people through the recession and has trained three budget coaches at Hemyock Baptist Church. Budget coach David Berkley said: "We really hope that the take up rate will be small, but we are ready if the need arises.
