Free parking - on one afternoon

Will concession tempt you to do your Christmas shopping in Honiton?
Parking will be free in Honiton’s car parks for half a day on Saturday, December 17 - but in the afternoon.
Business leaders in the town had requested the freebie be in the morning.
They considered the morning option a better deal for shoppers.
However, East Devon District Council has opted for the afternoon - meaning it will lose less revenue.
