THE Fortescue Masonic Lodge in Honiton has purchased bags for local Brownies.

Worshipful Master John Chilcott and Past Master Richard Turner are pictured presenting the bags to Brownies at Honiton Methodist Church.

A spokesman for the lodge said: “Members wish the Brownies well for the future and hope the gift is a small but significant help in their activities.”

The Fortescue Lodge has made several donations to help various organisations in Honiton, as well as many other charitable causes over the years, including the hospital.
