Let’s dance is the theme of this year’s Dalwood Church flower festival
‘Let’s Dance’ is the theme of Dalwood Church’s flower festival later this month.
As well as contributions from local clubs and organisations the sister parishes of Kilmington, Stockland, Yarcombe and Shute are each doing an arrangement.
Organisers say planning for the event is now well under way and some of the flower arrangers met up at a coffee morning to exchange ideas and gather inspiration.
The festival will run from Friday to Sunday, June 28 to 30 from 10am to 5pm each day. Light lunches, teas and coffee and cakes will be available next door in the village hall.
