Fuel thief may have struck before

A MAN who fled a petrol station near Honiton without paying may have struck before.
Police have re-issued an appeal for witnesses in their hunt for an offender driving red mini, who stole fuel from Windmill Garage in Offwell on Friday, September 17, at around 1.30pm.
The car is described as having a white roof and white stripes on the bonnet.
One matching a similar description has been linked to another incident in Ottery St Mary on September 5.
