Funds available for East Devon based projects
FUNDS are available for projects based in East Devon and Blackdown Hills from �1,000 to �10,000.

Making it Local has launched its small grants funds for small business creation and growth, strengthening local communities and connecting people and the landscape.
The first deadline for applications is January 18, 2010.
Programme manager Jenny Archard said: "Experience shows that small amounts of money can make big differences to local businesses and communities. Making it local wants to help make the most of what we have and develop exciting new ideas."

Since the programme was launched earlier this year, it has approved six projects within the main grants fund.
If you would like to get involved with Making it Local, you could train to become a volunteer project appraiser on January 28, 2010, or visit the spring update event on April 29, 2010.
