SEATON Garden Club members opened their gardens this summer to learn from each other and socialise.Chairman of the club Laurie Phillips said: "Let's face it - we're all a bit nosey about other people's gardens. "We opened one garden a month throughout the summer."As well as enjoying fellow members' gardens, we also devoured delicious afternoon teas."These events proved to be great social occasions and given the (green) thumbs up by everyone. This is something we will definitely continue next summer."The club meets on the second Thursday of each month at St Gregory's Church Hall.
