A 10-year-old girl has been moved to write to the Herald - to urge readers not to litter the town's streets with empty booze bottles.Kira Foster, a pupil at Littletown Primary School, says broken glass poses a danger to children and animals.She is worried broken glass could seriously injure somebody."Not only is it causing damage to other people, it is also making the streets dirty and not a nice place to walk," she said."Those who are noticing it are getting on their hands and knees to pick up after people who carelessly throw bottles on the floor."Adults who do care are hurting themselves so others don't get hurt."Kira added: "My message is clear: think before you leave things on the floor.
