A GIRL was badly bruised after a dog bit her while she walked with her father and older brother in Lyme Regis.

A GIRL was badly bruised after a dog bit her while she walked with her father and older brother in Lyme Regis.The incident took place at the Marine Parade - between the Cobb Arms and the Royal Standard public houses -at around 3pm on Sunday, September 7. The dog is thought to be a red setter. It is believed the owner is female and was also walking a golden retriever.Police are appealing to anyone who may have seen this incident or the dog owner themselves to contact PCSO Martin Case on 01305 222 222.
