Green light for house extension in Seaton

East Devon District Council planners have approved an application to build a single-storey front extension and a rear ground- and first-floor extension at 57, Elizabeth Road, Seaton.

Using delegated powers, the authority also gave the go-ahead for the installation of an additional window on the property’s east elevation at second floor level.
