Birds of prey demonstration at Uplyme nets �300 for the RNLI
OWLS and kestrels have helped to raise �300 for the RNLI in Lyme Regis.
The high-flying hunters from the Hawkridge Birds of Prey Centre, Exmouth, appeared before a capacity audience at Uplyme Village Hall for a special event during Lifeboat Week.
And on Friday Gillian Wells, of the Uplyme and Lyme Regis Horticultural Society, presented a cheque from the profits to lifeboat crew member John Cable.
