Archant

Boshill Hill (A3052) was partially obstructed by the tree near the A358.

A tree which crashed down on an Axmouth road due to gale force winds has now been removed.

Boshill Hill (A3052) was partially obstructed by the tree near the A358 after the tree fell.

The tree was just one of dozens felled as Storm Eleanor unleashed her wrath on Devon and Cornwall, battering the county with high winds and torrential rain.

The Met Office has warned Storm Eleanor is now over the North Sea and while winds won’t be as strong, she has left gusts in her wake.
