Two parades in one day.
AIR cadets from 1064 Squadron in Honiton have marked the 70th anniversary of the Battle of Britain by collecting for the Royal Air Force Association’s Wings Appeal.
The collection, in Honiton, attracted generous support from local residents. The final figure raised is not yet known.
The following day, the cadets took part in a parade through Dunkeswell before attending a special Battle of Britain service in the village. Later the same day, they took part in a second parade through Exeter, where the Lord Lieutenant of Devon and the Lord Mayor took the salute.
