A 31-year-old Honiton man has been remanded in custody by magistrates in Exeter after he was arrested on suspicion of possessing heroin with intent to supply.

A 31-year-old Honiton man has been remanded in custody by magistrates in Exeter after he was arrested on suspicion of possessing heroin with intent to supply.

Howard Dwyer, of King Street, was arrested in the town last Wednesday. As your Herald went to press, he was due before magistrates again - to face drugs allegations dating back to October last year.
