AFTER two feasibility meetings, a group in Honiton has decided to press ahead with plans to hold a series of Armed Forces Day events in the town.
AFTER two feasibility meetings, a group in Honiton has decided to press ahead with plans to hold a series of Armed Forces Day events in the town.
A 24-hour vigil at Honiton's war memorial, a drumhead concert and a dinner dance are being planned.
Other events are also being worked on.
Anybody willing to sponsor the events or keen to help out in any way should contact Steve Parsons, of Allhallows Museum and the South West Air Fields Trust on (01404) 46118.
Old photographs and military uniforms are being sought for an exhibition at the museum.
