More than £7,300 has been raised from this year’s Honiton Autumn Ball, held at Lakeview Manor.

The bash, organised by Sue Phillips, from Honiton, was held in aid of FORCE cancer charity.

Guests received a glass of fizz on arrival and enjoyed light entertainment provided by pupils from Honiton Community College.

The 185 guests enjoyed a three-course meal and were entertained by George the Magician.

A raffle held on the night raised £970, while an auction hosted by Graham Barton, of Homes Under the Hammer, raised more than £3,000.

Sue said: “The evening was incredible. Without the support of the amazing guests the evening would not have been such a success.”
