BONHAM'S premises in Dowell Street, Honiton, will have a new occupant from early next year.
It has been confirmed that the auction house has been let to Bearnes, Hampton and Littlewood.
The company says it will hold fine art and antique auctions in Honiton, along with sales of old books and sporting memorabilia.
