Candidates named for vacancy on Honiton Town Council.
TWO independent candidates will be vying for a vacancy on Honiton Town Council during a by-election next week. Nick Cornwell and Neil Paterson Foster will be standing in St Michael’s ward on Thursday following the resignation of Jeff Ayres.
