ALTHOUGH Honiton Town Council welcomes a �20 million investment in the local rail network, councillors are concerned work has not gone far enough.
They want a second passing loop installed - to allow half hourly services between Axminster and Exeter.
Town clerk Lyn Hargood has been instructed to write to Network Rail to lobby for even more investment.
She has also been asked to contact neighbouring towns and parishes, in a bid to gauge the level of support.
