THE British Heart Foundation says it operates such a generous returns policy that it does not need a changing room in its Honiton charity shop.

However, some customers disagree and have been lobbying for a changing room to be re-installed. The shop's oringal changing room disappeared when the building was revamped.

A customer said: "It's really off-putting when you can't try the clothes on. I was reluctant to buy anything in case it didn't fit or look right."

The charity told the Herald it is unaware of complaints.
