Students from Year 8 sing in 70-strong choir and soloists shine during evening event in parish church.
Honiton Community College held its annual carol service in St Paul’s Parish Church last night (Wednesday, December 15).
The service featured a 70-strong choir, made up of students from Year 8, which performed three songs, including “Heaven Invites You To A Party” and “In The Bleak Midwinter”.
A number of soloists had the opportunity to sing verses in traditional, congregational carols, such as “Silent Night” and “Good King Wenceslas” and there was a short drama and a number of readings.
